UW-MILWAUKEE NORTHWEST QUAD REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

In 2010 UW-Milwaukee purchased the former Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital Campus which is located immediately adjacent to the current Kenwood Campus. A Redevelopment Plan was developed for the overall property. The final plan includes recommendations for infrastructure systems, site plans, conceptual floor plans, building renderings and program needs. The NWQ Redevelopment Plan results in a complex that is safe, healthy, energy efficient, and appropriate for use as academic space.
