SOUTH SHORE PARK PAVILION IMPROVEMENTS

The former south shower and changing courtyard at the South Shore Pavilion in Bay View was renovated into a concession area and beer garden like those found traditionally throughout Milwaukee County Parks. Conceptual renderings of the new beer garden were developed to aid in obtaining approvals and local business sponsorship support for the project. Because the Pavilion is on the State and National registry of historic places, the design incorporates the historic character of the building.
