RENAISSANCE BUILDING

Located in the Historic Third Ward, the two-story main building lobby and lobbies on all floors were renovated. Due to the use of the materials and scale of the details, the design of the main lobby is differentiated from the original building, and thereby “of its time.”  The project met the requirements of the Historic Third Ward Architectural Review Board guidelines. The project also included new exterior stairs and balconies to integrate with the City of Milwaukee’s Riverwalk Development.
