FOUR QUORUM PROJECTS WIN 2025 MAYOR'S DESIGN AWARDS

MKE Rec Carmen & Stark Playfields won a Places and Spaces award for contributing to the character of their neighborhoods, making streets and public areas more welcoming community spaces for residents and visitors of Milwaukee while improving public infrastructure. Quorum Architects designed the improvements to the Carmen and Stark Fieldhouses, including accessibility, exterior, and finish upgrades. Gallery 507 won a Vibrant Corridors award for activating the public realm in a pedestrian-centric way and contributing to the vibrant, diverse commercial district in which it is located.
CDA Model Homes, one of which was designed by Quorum Architects, won a Neighborhood Renaissance award for providing new, quality opportunities for housing and building stronger neighborhoods in Milwaukee.
Concordia 27 won an Urbanism Redefined award for restoring a building that supports the community through education, employment, and connection while raising the bar for major development in Milwaukee.
