This award honors projects and organizations that strive to preserve and protect historic architecture in Milwaukee County. This recognition highlights the project's collaborative effort of all the stakeholders which resulted in a catalytic project for the Near West Side of Milwaukee. The rehabilitation of the three historic buildings that make up the space was truly transformative for the neighborhood, which is evident in the before and after photos of the space.
