NORTHWESTERN MUTUAL LANDSCAPE

Quorum worked with California-based Landscape Architects, the Office of James Burnett, to construct an urban landscape around the new 32 story office tower upon the site that Northwestern Mutual has occupied for over 100 years. The varied landscape elements include a 3 acre garden, various streetscape elements, and an expansive green roof system, all blending together into a lush urban setting with over 300 trees and nearly all native perennials.
