MONROE BUILDING

The first-floor storefront of the historic Monroe Building (formerly Stephenson Building) was restored from its early 1970’s “remuddled” character in addition to the masonry on the upper floors and installation of more efficient windows. The new storefront opens the street façade to provide an attractive space for tenants. The storefront detailing was based on the historic research from stone and wood storefront detailing.
