A combination learning lab environment for the students of the Baking and Pastry Arts and Baking Production programs. The kitchen area has the latest technology in food service equipment. The dining areas accommodate day-to-day patronage by students, staff and general public. The adjacent suite of learning labs includes an expansive Baking Lab. Walls of glass was used in the project, both stationery and moveable, in order to maximize visibility to both the retail and learning environments.
