We are currently seeking outstanding candidates for a new, full-time Project Architect position on our team. This position is based in our Milwaukee office, located in a historic mansion in the Concordia Historic District. Our team is committed to collaborating in-office as much as possible. While “primary work hours” are between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday-thru-Friday, staff have the ability to flex their work routine, to complement their personal commitments, commuting, and work preferences, in addition to situational accommodations. This flexibility is possible upon the establishment of trust and the ongoing demonstration of excellent communication with teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively lead teams in the development of design solutions and the execution of projects

  • Prepare design and construction documents, generating thoughtful solutions to architectural problems in all phases, from pre-design thru post-occupancy

  • Coordinate documentation with consultant teams

  • Organize project team members (internal & external), tasks, and meetings

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, or from a similar program

  • 5+ years of experience in the profession of architecture; licensed or working towards licensure

  • Revit proficiency is required, as is working experience with MS Office, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD

  • Working experience with building code analysis, the permitting process, and construction administration (both in-office and on-site)

  • Proven abilities to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills

We expect all employees to support our practice of equal employment opportunity, and we are committed to fostering a workplace where everyone can work in a productive, respectful and professional environment.
