HACM CHERRY COURT MIDRISE

A feasibility study to renovate the existing facility to be fully accessible was performed. The overall cost of renovating the existing building was equal to proposed new construction costs. It was decided to construct a new building that would accommodate the needs of all residents on the existing site. The completed project includes fully accessible residential units, common areas for group use, recreational outdoor spaces, and numerous sustainable features, such as a “green” roof.
