BREW CITY MKE

Collaboration with the Milwaukee County Historical Society (MCHS) to design a Milwaukee “living” beer museum, MKE Brew City. MCHS worked with the Grand Avenue Mall to activate a former Applebees restaurant. Using the seating area as museum space, MCHS historical artifacts are displayed which were related to the brewing industry in Milwaukee, and the bar as a working bar showcasing Wisconsin Brewers craft beers.
